CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17(CRA) Urging the                                                                            
United States Congress to pass legislation concerning regulation of                                                             
drinking water and wastewater treatment by the United States                                                                    
Environmental Protection Agency, was read the second time.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                        
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                                            
Without objection, it was so ordered.
